At Rungza, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following terms:
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items that are damaged due to customer handling or wear and tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Clearly mention your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Once approved, send the item back to the address provided by our team.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of an exchange, the customer will also bear the delivery charges for the new item.
Items bought on sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Rungza currently does not offer cash refunds.
Upon successful return, you may opt for:
Exchange with another item, or
Store credit valid for future purchases.
